What valuation does certification hold?
Karthik Swaminathan Gelato | Pastry is a Gourmet Learning Centre, which only serves as a confirmation of participation, but also stands testimony to the quality of skills you have rececived.

Should i have prior knowledge for the classes ?
Since our classes are conducted from the basic level onwards, you are not required to have prior knowledge or skills in the same. Our Gourmet Learning Centre welcomes people of all skill levels who are enthusiastic about Gelato | Pastry arts. We are interested in all applicants who want to elevate their career & grow with their skills, or are looking to change careers.

What if i have to postpone or reschedule my participation ?
If the student decides to postpone or reschedule his/ her enrollment, the notification should be made within 7 days before the beginning of the course. The communication must be in writing, by email or using WhatsApp number +91-9900525758.

Is my security deposit refundable?
Deposits for our program are non-refundable.

What do i need to bring to class?
Gourmet Learning Centre provides everything necessary for the course: notebook, course material, pen, apron & cap for lab work. Students should dress comfortably.

Do you provide food for students?
No, the Gourmet Learning Centre does not offer lunch. Since we are situated in the heart of the city, there are many eateries & restaurants in the vicinity to accommodate the same or order from Swiggy/ Zomato.

When is the last date for registration?
Seats are very limited for each course and is usually booked off at least months in advance. Therefore, it's imperative to plan much in advance. Seats are booked on a first come first basis, hence it would be hard to estimate the last date for registration. We urge you to register for the course at the earliest.
